Any returned products must be in the original condition, all tags and packaging of product should still be intact. The product must remain unused and unworn. It is a 14 day return policy, so after you have purchased the item, you have 14 days to request to return the item. You will need to present proof of payment or your receipt. Refunds that are approved will be loaded onto a gift card, which you may spend whenever it’s convenient for you.

Courier and postage fees are charged to the client for refund or exchange. Replacement goods will only be sent out once we have received the initial item/items and are happy with the state and condition they are in.

Please ensure you do inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is damaged or defective, please make us aware of this as soon as possible.

Exceptions and non-refundable products; we will not except the refund of perishable items such as veterinary, food, supplements and we will also not accept custom made items and gift cards.
